Amy has been married to her sweetheart for 20 years and considers this her greatest accomplishment to date. That journey has required a great deal of help and intentional effort to overcome sabotaging personal and generational patterns in order to heal and grow together. A couple of her specialties include codependency, high conflict, overcoming past infidelity, and co-parenting children with behavioral issues.

With a deep understanding of both the challenges and the hope that come with committed relationships, she draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches to customize a treatment plan tailored to each couple’s unique relationship and family dynamics.
